Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Premium includes a visible Cancel / downgrade to Free control. You can also cancel via Stripe's customer portal when Stripe Checkout is used. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period already purchased.

Trials

The 7-day Redline trial is granted only after the first successful Rust+ pairing. It is not a checkout click-grant. Paid annual subscriptions may have a 14-day refund only below a defined low-usage threshold; usage credits become non-refundable once processing begins. Discord linking and Founders Pass do not include Redline.

Refunds

If you were charged in error, or Premium becomes unusable because our service (not a single game server outage) is down for a prolonged period, contact support@autoturret.com within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests in good faith. Chargebacks for ordinary use after a completed wipe may be declined. Prices are in USD.

Platform dependency

If Facepunch withdraws companion API access and we cannot deliver Premium for a material part of a paid term, email support@autoturret.com for a pro-rated refund discussion.
