Who you are contracting with

AutoTurret is operated by the team behind autoturret.com. Payments for Premium are processed by Stripe on behalf of AutoTurret. Contact for contractual and support matters: support@autoturret.com.

The service

AutoTurret provides a web companion for Rust+ (map, devices, CCTV logs, trust lookup, and optional Premium raid intel). The service depends on Facepunch's companion API and related third-party platforms (Steam, Discord, Stripe). Those platforms may change or withdraw access without notice. AutoTurret is independent and not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or Valve.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must sign in with a Steam account you control. Do not use the service to harass players, scrape public profiles at scale, circumvent game anti-cheat, or access accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, votes, or automation.

Subscriptions, trials, and currency

Founding Redline is listed in USD at $14.99/month or $149/year (expected regular $19.99/month or $199/year). A 7-day Redline trial starts only after the first successful Rust+ pairing. Checkout does not grant Redline; Stripe Checkout requires a payment method and a verified webhook before paid access. Founding allocation is the first 500 paying customers per product for 12 months. Annual purchase covers year one; renewal is the published regular price. There is no lifetime lock. Founders Pass is 15% off AutoTurret and does not include Redline. Paid add-ons are an additional paired server, additional 10 members, and extended history (90-day window). Quantities come from the Stripe subscription; manage them in the customer portal. You can cancel anytime from the product billing controls or Stripe's customer portal. See also the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No warranty; platform risk

The service is provided "as is." Companion connectivity, predictions, and intel scores can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. If Facepunch, Steam, Discord, or Stripe interrupts a dependency mid-term, we will work in good faith on continuity or refunds as described in the refund policy — we cannot guarantee third-party APIs remain available.
